How do you calculate the repair quote?
Send us three photos showing the entire piece, the joint failure, and any surface blemishes. We examine the joinery style, timber type, and required bench hours to send a fixed quote within one business day.
Can structural repairs be completed inside my home?
Loose dining chair joints, wobbly table pedestals, and minor veneer lifting are frequently fixed on site in Bristol. Stripping finishes, heat-bending timber, or extensive veneer pressing takes place inside our King Street workshop.
When and how do I pay for the restoration?
You pay nothing upfront. Once the job is completed, delivered, and inspected in your home, you settle the invoice via bank transfer or cash on delivery. We never ask for payment before you confirm satisfaction.
What happens if a repaired joint comes loose?
We offer a 30-day workmanship guarantee on all structural joinery repairs. If a reglued joint loosens within 30 days of delivery under ordinary domestic use, our joiner returns promptly to clamp and secure it at no cost.
